  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Returning, found a better, cheaper model at REI. Doesn't have a separate section for a water bottle, and the water resistant material is really crinkly, every time I move it, it crinkles, like its got paper behind the plastic? Good for holding a passport, some maps, other flat items like a book, but not much else. Anything that isn't flat isn't going to work well.
