Functionally Good, Terrible Instructions
As other reviews mentioned, the picture assembly instructions are terrible. I ended up watching a couple of videos that I found online. Just returned from a road trip to FL with 2 bikes. The rack worked fine and rode well, even on highways, but the straps are nearly impossible to remove. After taking the bikes off the first time, I was careful not to over tighten the straps the next 2 times bikes were put on the rack. It didn't make a difference - I'm having a heck of a time loosening the straps and it is very frustrating. There has to be a better system. Or maybe Thule can provide compatible rubber "swiss cheese type" straps instead. Other than that, though, the rack is easy to use.

Great product easy to use and very light!
I am very happy with this bike rack. Its a great product, easy to install and operate and it is very light. It’s also very discrete in the back of my SUV especially when folded down without the bike. It is also very stable and by adding a strap to hold the front wheel it’s even more stable. Highly recommended.

REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE !
I've been using this helium hitch mounted 2 bike rack for several months, and I love the convenience and well thought out design I've never had an issue with any part of it. It's durable, easy to attach and remove, and holds my bike securely. I use a bungy cord to snug up the bike toward the rack for long distance and of course the lockable safety latch as an extra security precaution. I love the lockable knob to help secure the bike to the rack while I am riding. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Thule Helium Pro bike rack
This was an easy product to install and is very sturdy. The bike rack has convenient mechanisms that make it easy to open my rear hatch and for releasing the bike. I highly recommend this product

Bike got stolen in no time!
I got my bike stolen from this rack in no time. Do not use the lock that comes with it. Buy a separate lock.

Frustrated with Instructions
I love the rack, but hated the instructions that came with it. Just illustrations that lacked great detail. I'm a retired word guy, earned my living writing and editing, so I would have greatly appreciated detailed written instructions to accompany the graphics. Or maybe a link to a video that showed step-by-step instructions for assembly and operations. And, though it is easy to anchor the bike to the rack pulling the rubber straps tight, I've had great difficulty getting them loose until I realized I shouldn't pull them so tight. The rack is wonderful, but clear instructions would have got you the fifth star.

Does not fit two adult sized mountain bikes.
I have two adult mountain bikes that basically do not fit on the helium pro 2. The bikes make contact with one another and the second bike when mounted, as per recommendations does not fit. Am not sure what I am doing wrong but I am starting to regret this purchase.
