Perfect insert for technical trail rides

I actually sought these out and purchased them before Competitive Cyclist carried them. First off, these are WAY easier to install than Cushcore. Start with one tire bead, put in one “bead” of the insert, align the arrow with the valve stem, install other “bead” of the insert, mount second tire bead, inject sealant, air up tire. Boom, done. Performance-wise, this is not as burly as Cushcore but it’s close. You can’t just plow mindlessly into every square edged rock and expect it to save you. It will do it’s job really well to bail you out when you made a poor line choice or missed your timing hopping up a ledge though. I would say it protects better than any other insert besides Cushcore. Also, it adds a great deal of support to the tire in corners while running a bit lower tire pressure in addition to providing a damped ride feel. I’ve really liked these as the perfect balance of protection vs ease of installation. I highly recommend them.

Caused a flat

First run at the bike park. Caused a flat. I wouldn’t have even left this review but the lack of communication in regards to their product is horrible. I have tried contacting them via contact form, phone call, email address, FB messenger and even commenting on their fb ads. Zero support. They don’t stand behind their product at all. You try to give the underdog company a chance and i got burned. Look like cushcore got a new customer today.
