Trail preparation.

We don't blame you for not wanting to carry anything but the essentials with you when you head out on the trails; however, if you've been caught on the trail without one, you're well aware that multi-tools fall under the essentials category. While you could certainly take your pick among many easy-to-carry designs, the Syncros Micro 8 Multi Tool is truly designed for minimalists. As its name suggests, its compact design features eight nickel-plated tools, including hex wrenches, as well as flat and Phillips head screwdrivers, all of which fold up small enough to be thrown into a pocket or a small saddle pack to keep you prepared for common trail-side maintenance.

Great multi-tool

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Small, lightweight, versatile. Great all around option.

Great Race Companion!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I carry this during races and they have bailed me out of several issues! It is a very lightweight option at a reasonable price! The size is very small and allows you to keep your tool carrier minimized and concise.

Small and light!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is a great option for a saddle bag with limited space. I use a Silca Premio Seat Roll and this tool occupies minimal real estate.

bigger isn't always better.....

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Micro bike tool is an essential tool for any time you ride. Its light weight design and it is a quality constructed and assembled product. It is a multi-tool designed for life long use. And incredibly light weight!

small but mighty!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

As other reviewers have said before, this little guy rocks. I bought three. One for the saddle bag, one of the car and one in the purse (like every lady cyclist should). Gets the job done and is remarkably small and lightweight. 10/10 would recommend this to a friend.

Smaller than you think

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Was surprised when I received them, its a REALLY tiny multi tool. Micro is right.

Its Minuscule!

This multi-tool is officially thinner than my cell-phone. It has all the basic tools you will need in such a small package. The only downside is that I'm probably going to drop it into a crack in the sidewalk and it will be lost forever.

    Light and Nifty

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I was stoked at how compact and light the Micro 8 ended up being. Also, the T25 was a great addition as many of my stems have started coming with Torx head.

    Essential and Tiny Tool

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Like others have said, this tool is really small. Super easy to pack around and has all the essential bits.

So small you just may lose it

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great little tool that works for most trailside adjustments. You get all of your basic hex key sizes. With it being so small though you may just actually lose it like I did. Maybe I just misplaced it but it is definitely small enough where it is easy to lose track of. Also being so small it maybe not be the best tool for bigger hands or where the job requires more torque.

This came as a gift w. purchase.. but i carry it with me all the time.

PROs: Super light weight and compact design
CONs: it is meant wkor heavy duty work..

    small and affordable

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought several of these to keep in various spots; camelbak, car trunk, tool box, office desk, etc. Has most of the bits you need (other than chain tool) in a super small package. Five Stars.

So small you have NO excuses now

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Not ever tool you'll need perhaps, but most of them, the Syncros Micro 8 is so small you have literally no excuse not to carry your own tool. Very light, high quality and super small form-factor unite in what may be the best minimalist tool ever. You won't be disappointed.
