Light touch.
While some may be turned off by the Syncros Composite 9 Multi Tool's nylon/fiberglass body, we actually see it as an improvement compared to an all-steel multi-tool. For starters, it's lighter, so it won't add as many grams to a jersey pocket or saddle bag. It's also less likely to damage phones while rattling around in a pocket, and the light texturing makes for improved grip in roadside maintenance situations. Finally, though the composite body is admittedly weaker than steel, it's still strong enough to provide all the torque you could possibly need to address mid-ride mechanicals. A paltry 7Nm is enough to crush most carbon components, and if you have a mechanical like a bottom bracket issue that needs four or five times that amount of force, you're likely using your (un-battered) cell phone to call for help, instead.
