Cool-weather training companion.
Designed with longer, below-knee coverage, the RS Pro Bib Knicker offers a bit of extra warmth without stifling you when you're increasing your cadence on high-octane training rides. This bib knicker is re-engineered with a three-way fabric design for all the benefits of compression, extra breathability, and a streamlined, aerodynamic design.
Three strategically placed fabrics deliver maximum comfort, aero efficiency, and breathability for fast training rides and competitive use alike. The outer legs utilize Sugoi's Ultra Aero fabric that's dimpled for a slippery aerodynamic surface. Slimmed-down front panels leverage ultra-thin Tri-Force fabric for enhanced breathability and temperature regulation. Adding durability along the inner legs and chassis, the short's Firo fabric reinforces the chamois area for extra protection against saddle abrasion.
Designed to eliminate chafing and bulk, the integrated Formula FX Chamois is molded and welded for an excellent fit without an inseam — meaning there's no seam rubbing against the saddle. This pinnacle-level chamois features breathable perforations and a V-notch for extra ventilation. Its 4-way stretch fabric and advanced lamination provide a smooth, seam-free surface that conforms to the body, while the welded center channel and high-density vibration dampening relieve pressure and fatigue from long, grueling rides. Moreover, you'll find the short's clean-finish leg grippers prevent the short from riding up or bunching.

Comfortable but NOT Durable
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: Large
Purchased the RS Pro Bib Knickers in Large. Chamois is comfortable and fit was good. Used them only for early and late season riding in northeast on cool days for about 6 months. Developed a hole in the material on inner leg, no abrasion marks on fabric just developed hole. Have purchased bib shorts for a whole lot less and they lasted a few season before needing to be replaced. Disappointed in product. At price point they should last much longer and be able to handle normal wear and tear.
These have promise but cuff too short
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Medium
These are great bibs. The chamois is very comfortable material is very nice, but the legs were not long enough. The cuff needed to be longer, and it kept coming up anr rubbing my knee. I ended up selling mine, but I wish I could have returned. Great bibs, but they needed longer legs. If you have short llegs, the might be just perfect for you. I have RS team bib shorts, and the chamois is pretty good!!!
