Description

Shift faster.

For quick shifting, minimal finger movement is optimal. The SRAM R2C 22-Speed Carbon TT Shifter Set is ideal for time trials and triathlons where a mis-shift could mean losing the podium.

The R2C designation of the SRAM TT shifters means Return to Center. This means that every time you shift, the trigger moves back to the same position, so each shift is exactly the same movement and you don't need to contort your hands to make sure the shifters are all the way engaged in the next gear. To customize the shifters to your ideal hand position, the center position is adjustable. The shifters were built from carbon and are compatible with SRAM double front chainrings and 11-speed rear cassette.

  • R2C technology
  • Carbon fiber shift levers
  • Adjustable center point
  • 2 x 11 drivetrains

Are these compatible with Shimano Ultegra 11-speed FD/RD?

No. SRAM uses a 1:1 cable pull and Shimano uses 1:9.1. The 1:9.1 changes through the years to make some new Shimano components incomatible with older Shimano components. It may work with the Shimano FD but you will get chain rub since SRAM uses a yaw system. Your best bet is to stay with the Dura-Ace shifters or change your FD/RD to SRAM.
