Why We Like The SRAM Post Mount Brake Adapter
We’ve been there with you, trying to up our game on the descents just to find we need bigger brake rotors to make it happen. Whether we need to go from a 160mm to a 180mm or a 200mm to 220mm rotor these post-mount adapters will work with any post-mount caliper front or rear and include all the mounting hardware to install them. These adapters from SRAM even come pre-coated with a blue thread locker so our brakes don’t rattle loose down the next black-diamond send.

Outdated.
Not for current Sram brakes. Picture is misleading. Adapter at the bottom on the picture is not included. Just washers and spacers. I requested help from SRAM support. Here is an answer. "The right adapter for your use would be 00.5318.007.004. If you are using the current Level Ult. you won't need the washers beneath the caliper as it is a non cps caliper." According to few people you also can use Shimano 20P adapter and it is 2x cheaper then Sram.

Too expensive, no instructions
$25 for a few bolts, washers, and spacers??? And no instructions included??? I'm going to my local bike store. Also, after the sale I emailed the salesperson from whom I purchased this and asked for help but got no reply.
