This is a bottom bracket.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is a bottom bracket. It's a cheap one but it still works like a bottom bracket does. If you can afford it you'll probably want something a bit more expensive but for the price this thing does what it's supposed to.

Yep, A BB

Works good. Keeps the cranks spinning. Durable enough.

    It does the job

Great bottom bracket if you are looking for any BSA frame and you are using a GXP crankset. There are better ones out there but if you need something that is affordable and does the job, this one does the trick.

Still works like a bottom bracket

seems like it will be a fine bottom bracket. Obviously if you have the money go Chris king or even sram ceramic. But if youre like me and many other then this will do just fine.

    Works Fine

Bottom brackets should be replaced with some frequency, so it's best to just buy a new one every season and stick to the less expensive offerings, This one would be a prime example.

    Ok BB

This is an ok bottom bracket, good for the low price. I don't think it is the best but I haven't had any issues with it. It has been a tiny bit creaky. Overall I would probably buy it again to save money overall in a full bike build.

        Don't Like Plastic

This bottom bracket would be great if it didn't have plastic contact points. Besides that it is another great sram product.

          Just a bit of drag

The SRAM bottom bracket is simple, but it has proven to be reliable and durable. If you want more performance, upgrade to a ceramic Sram BB, or a steel Chris King. Both will offer less drag and better efficiency, but are both much more expensive.
