Ever wonder about the significance of the three-dot logo that banners our hallowed halls? Each of the dots represents one of the three original founders of CC back in Little Rock, Ark. — Brendan Quirk, Craig Zediker, and Hap Seliga — three gentleman who not only work hard, but still ride hard, day in and day out, living and breathing the sport and their company's name.
Oh yeah, the water bottle: The 22-ounce Purist Competitive Cyclist Water Bottle is called the Purist, and it's USA-made using a low-density polymer that makes it freezer-friendly and enhances grip. The interior of the bottle, after being molded, gets a 5-nanometer-thick application of silicon dioxide, an inert compound that not only prevents plastic from slowly leeching into the bottle over time, even after washes, but also eliminates that funky water bottle taste we all dread. It's like a pure glass cup in the form of a rough-and-tumble water bottle that happens to look great with those dots on it, too.

Sweet Bottles
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Specialized Purist bottles rock. I'm all about repping the Goat/CC logo out on the road and trails!

Stylish and functional while representing the company I believe in.
Great bottle
Works as expected. Doesn't leak.

Purist for the purists

Purist bottles are hands down the best water bottles on the market, partner that with the cool yet understated Competitive Cyclist graphics and you have a winner.
Simply the Best
This is my favorite water bottle for all the same reasons as everyone else. The silicon dioxide interior finish. And Made in the USA.
But I can still get some mold at the bottom (in the corners) if I am not careful -if I don't rinse out and dry the bottle right after my ride. And only put water or Scratch mix inside. (No recovery protein mixes! Use a blender bottle for that.)
In sum: rinse your Purist bottle immediately after every ride and air dry, or wash in the top rack of dishwasher and air dry. In bad cases, use a tab of Polident to clean.

Fits my bike
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I needed a bottle that would fit the limited space in my Mtn bike frame and this fit the bill. It also works well with my Dakine hot laps lumbar pack, no need for a full camelback on my local trails.
Good Small Bottle
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Only downfall is simply what is it not: a large bottle. It washes well, looks good, and can get water down your gullet in a very quick manor
Simply Perfect

No bells and whistles this bottle is perfect. Easy to clean and a soft (?) end spout.

Clearly this is a good bottle

I love this bottle, not only do I get to rep the best online retailer of bike goods but the bottle is clear and that makes me happy so I know if I am reaching for a bottle with drink mix or a bottle of water. It is a Specialized Purist water bottle so it works and doesn't taste funky and is easy to squeeze. FYI, The lid cap is not the one pictured, it is actually the newer cap.
Best bottle for the $$$$

Love the new nipple design and very happy with how my water tastes from these. Like the soft feel and compact shape of this product.
Does anyone know how long this water bottle is?
No leaks!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Love these bottles! Most cheaper bottles leak quite a bit...not these, and no nasty plastic taste in my H2O !!! Highly recommend !
Great at Great price
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Does exactly what it's supposed to! Doesn't drip, easy to open/close. Bought those to complete an order for free shipping.
The best bottle

A bottle isn't high-tech. But a necessary item. These are the best.
Pure

I've been a longtime fan of Purist bottles and use them daily. No plastic taste, easy to clean with a no-fuss nozzle. Happy to be able to rep CC on rides.
Hydrate in style
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Large opening, easy to clean and put ice cubes in. Soft tip easy to open with your teeth while riding. No plastic taste purist bottle. Super soft plastic that is easy to grip and squeeze... nice flow of water too. Let everyone know who your favorite cycling company is!
Why not?!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Awesome purist bottle that leaves no plastic taste, and you get to rep CC. Fits in most tighter fit mountain bike frames that have room for a bottle cage.
my new go-to bottle
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Compared to others, water tastes better (no plastic flavor) in this bottle, and the cap is really easy to open and close while you're riding. I prefer the way the water sort of gently flows out, rather than hitting you with a sharp jet stream to the back of the throat. A simple, well-thought-out bottle.
Great!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Great no-frills bottle. Opens easy, fits the cage well, and hasn't leaked. Love the look of the clear bottle, clear lid, and simple CC logos!
