Description

Sawtooth 2Bliss Ready Tire

As its name may imply, the Specialized Sawtooth 2Bliss Ready Tire is an adventure-bound, tubeless-ready (duh) option that's built to handle any road surface while also holding its own through light off-road explorations. Specialized's legendary GRIPTON compound offers reliable grip and control with sharp angles and edges that hook onto wily surfaces, while the center tread is reinforced for high mileage performance. BlackBelt protection and Endurant casing reinforce the sidewall for added puncture-resistance and a high capacity for carrying loads. Lastly, this iteration can be set up tubeless, so you're able to run lower pressures for added grip and traction, while also reducing the risk of pinch flats.

  • Adventure-ready road tire that can be set up tubeless
  • Foldable bead makes for easy storage before use
  • GRIPTON compound is grippy, fast, and easy to control
  • High TPI rolls smoothly over asphalt and beyond

I love the tread pattern on these. I got a pair after tearing an open tubular style tire (again) because they're aimed at the touring crowd for reliability etc. They're heavy by comparison and thick-feeling, but they roll quite fast and corner very well. They take on a tall and narrow profile which adds to these qualities, I think. I use them on a gravel bike. Decent performance on asphalt and hard dirt. That tread tho!!
