S-Works Fast Trak 2Bliss Tire

The S-Works Fast Trak has become synonymous with fast and lightweight tires that are able to handle the most technical courses in the most grueling conditions. The block pattern is carefully arranged for fast-rolling abilities and superb traction, while the blocks have been optimized to adapt to slippery surfaces with enough bite for loose ground. And now, it also features Specialized's GRIPTON compound that maximizes mechanical grip, damps vibration, and offers unparalleled traction in either wet or dry conditions.

  • XC tire that balances high grip with quick-rolling
  • GRIPTON compound keeps your tires planted and in control

Light, Fast and.....

Fit:
True to size

Light, Fast and the least durable tire I've ever ridden (and I have been on mtb's for 25+ yrs). Slashed sidewall on first ride, used internal patch and got an additional 40 miles before another un-repairable slash rendered tire useless. Terrible.

Good tire, dishonest sizing

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer
Fit:
Runs small

Mounted these up on a new set of Roval wheels with 29mm internal rim width and the 2.3 tires barely measure 2.2". Even with such wide rims the tread is pretty crowned. Not necessarily a good or bad thing, just depends on what you like (I prefer a bit less crowning for a larger contact patch and less twitchiness on the front). Tires are light, which is why I bought them. Probably wouldn't have bought them had I known they wouldn't be measured honestly.
