Ground Control GRID 2Bliss Tire

It's time to get adventurous, whether you're exploring new trails or getting outside of your comfort zone. The GRID casing on the Ground Control GRID 2Bliss Tires gives them an extra oomph you can appreciate when you're far from home—this means increased flat and sidewall protection, plus additional stability. The Ground Control comes equipped with CAD-engineered knobs for optimal braking and traction, but that doesn't stop the knob structure from adapting to new situations.  Plus, Specialized's GRIPTON compound helps your tires keep traction even when the trail isn't always tacky.

  • A versatile MTB tire for trail riding
  • Burly casing prevents tears, flats, and unwanted repairs
  • 60 TPI gives the tire a sturdy, long-lasting performance
  • Durable compound holds traction in both dry and wet conditions
  • Butyl wrapped bead makes this tire tubeless ready

My favorite Rear Tire

I've put it through the wringer
True to size

The ground control has been so versatile for me here in AZ. I run it on my FS trail bike. Fantastic grip in the loose kity litter sand in Phoenix and Tucson, on the red slickrock of Sedona and in the Alpine environment of northern AZ. It's a perfect balance for me between being light but having confidence inspiring grip on a variety of terrain. I encounter mix of red rock as well as sharp lava rock on my home trails and I haven't torn a side wall since I've been running this tire.
