Uncomfortable fit
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Tried on and fit was uncomfortable. I was really wanting to like these shoes, unfortunately they have an weird feel and fit.

Sticky and comfortable
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These were an upgrade from my pearl izumi flats, which were too skinny and getting beat up from use. Love 'em. They're sticky and comfortable for pedaling - I never have to t hink about my feet which is a nice change. Plus they aren't an eyesore. No complaints.

Good comfort, great grip to the pedal,
- Familiarity:

I’m very happy that I finnaly invested in some good flat shoes, I’ve been riding and racing for quite a while now and the skate vans were not cutting it anymore. The grip to the pedal is great and my feet are comfortable and I also feel like they are protected from getting hit and stuff which is very nice. Very good shoes for a very good price.

This is a bicycle riding shoe.
- Familiarity:
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
The shoe is very simple, the finish is not special. It needed new inserts to be wearable and then after two rides it got put in the give away bag.

No to body geometry. Love stiff sole.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Shoes show a lot of promise but my word are they uncomfortable. Whatever "body geometry" they did to the soles is very uncomfortable. Had to turn around and cut the ride short as I could not take it anymore. If they ditch whatever wierd in sole they use I would try again. They do run very small so order a size up. Toe box was quite roomy for a wider foot I thought. The sole was the main problem.

Ditch the body geometry
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
These are nicely crafted shoes but I returned mine. When companies try put support or special characteristics in a shoe it just ends up making them worse. Just make the shoe completely neutral and let the buyer put his/her preferred insoles or support. Putting on this shoe was like having my left shoe on my right foot. Otherwise, good high quality shoe with a decent but not excessive volume. Props to specialized for making a stiff shoe, something others seem to not understand.

Great 5-10 alternative

Most importantly to me, the pedal grip is about as good as five ten and so is the sole durability. They're stiffer than a freerider and a little more armored. Fairly hot in the heat, but super solid shoe otherwise.
