Why We Like The Smith Castaway ChromaPop Polarized Sunglasses

The Smith Castaway ChromaPop Polarized Sunglasses give us great vision on the water and everywhere else we want to wear them. They're pretty much do-it-all glasses with ChromaPop glass—the clearest glass on the market—or ChromaPop polarized lenses that both enhance color and reduce glare. That means we can trust them to see through the surface glare on the stream to spot fish and read depth changes as well as enjoy the view as we're driving through the mountains or tracing the waterfront as we're coming and going from our favorite fishing waters. The Castaway also includes a Pivlock that lets us attach and detach the included sunglass leash, which can prevent us from accidentally dropping them in a river.

Great lenses — Stay on your face!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Typical, superior performance from Smith lenses! Unrivaled clarity, fog and smudge resistance etc. They’re so light it’s hard to believe they’re glass lenses! Super comfy fit and no side-light penetration on my medium size face (I wear a size 7 hat). Additionally they stick to your face well! I was backcountry skiing and dropped a big rock, double eject and tumbled on the landing. Lost my hat but the sunnies stayed on even though I (stupidly) hadn’t attached the custom leashes they came with. Sweet set up. Buy ‘em!
