You're going to need something for your body to replace those electrolytes you've lost while pushing it, so you might as well enjoy what you're putting back in. Skratch is easily the best tasting sports hydration mix I've had yet. All the flavors are delicious,, but Lemon & Lime is my go-to.

My go to performance sport drink

Skratch makes the best tasting, best ingredients, and best results products out there. This drink is just one example of their quality products. It tastes better than all the rest, has natural ingredients and not chemicals you can't pronounce, and gives you great results. What more can you ask for. The Lemon Lime is my favorite. I use this road biking , mountain biking, and hiking. It makes your camelback taste better after you use it Some of these other products you put in your camelback you can never get that taste out, and it is not a great taste.
