Probably one of the best chucks

I've used it several times

I have this, I've had it blow off, but as another customer said, simply adjusted the position made sure the chuck was on tight and I was good to go.

Silca side lever disc locking pump chuck

I use Vittoria tubes which have a smooth valve stem. This chuck blows off the valve stem at 100 psi, no matter how tight the seal nut is adjusted. Had to return because of its failure to securely attach to the Presta valve stem.

It works perfect for me on the same tubes. I had to readjust it slightly to work.

I have the same exact issue with my Silca head. I'm sticking to my stock specialized comp head.
