Why We Like The SD15 Cycling Shoe

Designed to be as adventurous as you are, the Men's SD15 Cycling Shoe from Sidi combines the performance of a mountain bike shoe while on the bike with a hiking shoe anytime you're scrambling off your bike. These shoes are a bike packing and backwood trail rider's best ally and its beefy and soft rubber outsole offer plenty of grip on wet rocks, slimy roots, and dry slickrock alike while offering a slight amount of flex to making walking natural. Combine this with Sidi's renowned fit and build quality and you have a shoe that can handle anything you can throw at it.

Dial closures are pretty commonplace on cycling shoes these days and Sidi was one of the first to employ them with its Techno-3 System, which makes an appearance here, and with the hook-and-loop lower strap, they easily adapt the upper to a variety of foot shapes for a near custom fit. The dials resist binding and offer adjustments on the fly and are also user serviceable and replaceable, so if something breaks or wears out, you can replace the offending part and be back on your way. A reinforced heel cup anchors the heel in place whether you're on or off the bike and the heel pull tab makes getting the shoes on an easy affair for the long day ahead. The upper is comprised of Sidi's tough Politex synthetic upper with mesh inserts. It stands up to tearing, stretching, and fading while remaining environmentally friendly and allows your feet to breathe so they stay cool.

No Size 49

Would like to purchase these. No size EU 49 available in ANY cycling shoes Comp Cyclists offers. Big feet folks need some love too!

Great snapping chihuahuas

Good fit, easy shoe to walk around. I use this shoes on my commute to work. I can wear thick socks and can change into my safety shoes without having to carry another pair of socks. Unable to use thick socks with ordinary road shoes, needed MTB boots. I also have found it easier to get off the bike and chase the chi-hua-hua that keeps snapping at me on my commute to work.

1) Zero power transfer. 2) Bad Boa system installed. It does not hold tight 3) Puts your foot to flames if you get off the saddle . 4) Never keeps your feet cool as the item suggests. I have been riding bicycles for almost 20 years in every type of terrain and I am a very experienced rider as well. This shoe almost made me give up my cycling carrier.
