Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These are pretty nice gloves. I just got back from riding down from 11,000 feet in Moab (TWE) and they kept my hands nice and warm in about 40 degree weather. I think they'd work nicely down to 30 or so. Unfortunately, they run small. I'm a little over 5'8" tall and the large seemed like it would work for me, but they turned out to be too small for me. It may be necessary to size up if you get these gloves.
