Great value, great rotor, but...

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I’ve had these paired with SLX and XT brakes. Quiet, minimal fade on long steep descents, and very minimal warp over many miles. However, be aware that you need to purchase an outer-type lock ring to use with many 15mm thru axles - the kind that locks down with a bottom bracket wrench. The standard cassette-type lock ring does not have adequate space to insert the lock ring tool around the axle cap.

Will these work on a road Bike with Ultegra brakes?

Can these rotors fit in Sram (Level TL) or any avid or sram brake systems? (with centerlock hubs of course)

Hey Ben - yes sir!

It's a Rotor

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

It's a rotor, not much to note, Shimano does a good job with their quality. It works for the average rider (like me) just as well as anything further up the line, if you're working your bike and brakes hard, a nicer rotor will dissipate heat better and should be a bit lighter. Includes a lockring.

Center lock SLX

Great option if you're looking for a cheap centerlock rotor.

pretty good

does not cool as well as the next tier up in their lineup but does a good enough job for 75% of the riders out there. If you're riding hard several times a week you might want to spend a little more. Otherwise they work great and last pretty well.

Do these rotors come with the lockrings (I understand I need these for my centerlock wheels)? Thanks

These do NOT come with lockrings

Yes. But if you are installing on a wheel with 15 or 20mm axle you’ll need a different one. I believe the part is Shimano sm-hb20.
