The fabric’s superior stretch allows for better freedom of movement, while the brushed interior keeps warm air next to skin to better insulate against the cold. A wide silicone gripper keeps the arm warmers in place under our jersey sleeve, without constricting or pinching. Shimano adds reflective details along the outside of the forearm for better visibility in low-light conditions.

How to Measure:
For best results take measurements over underwear, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Chest:
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist:
Bend to the side and measure around the place where your waist bends, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Hip:
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hip.
Inseam:
Measure from the crotch to the floor with no shoes.

I was super excited about these warmers now that the weather is getting cold and crisp. The material is great, does a very good job at keeping you warm but not building up sweat. Only problem is that the cuff on the arm is not very elastic, making for a quite tight fit if you have any bicep/tricep muscle mass. A size up would make the length a bit too long I'm guessing.
