G-One Allround Tire - 27.5in

Schwalbe isn't afraid to use a proven tread design on a different width, diameter, or sometimes, even discipline when it comes to tire construction. This approach is used on the G-One Allround Tire - 27.5in and it works very, very well. The G-One was originally designed as a gravel tire that rolled fast on pavement and still had excellent traction in gravel. Utilized on a 27+ size, the tread pattern flies over hardpack and can still handle some semi-loose and loam thanks to the increased volume.

Given its size, its a light and fast tire, coming in at 750 grams, which makes it ideal for gravel and going fast in sun-baked, hard-packed terrain. Schwalbe uses its OneStar Compound for fast rolling and it's still grippy enough for excellent cornering traction. The small dot tread means low rolling resistance, and, with all of those working edges, it still holds its own under heavy braking and hard cornering. The SnakeSkin casing utilizes a more robust sidewall added protection against punctures as well as making tubeless setup easier.
