Chameleon 29 Boost Dropout Kit

We love the versatility of Santa Cruz's Chameleon and its ability to adapt to rider's needs since the beginning. Santa Cruz gave every version of the Chameleon the capability of swapping from a ride all-day, derailleur and gear friendly whip to a run-what-you brung single-speed with a simple dropout swap. Chameleon v7.0, like most of the other SC 29ers, sans the Hightower LT, can transform from fast rolling 29-inch tires to high volume 27.5+ ones. The dropout system is modular and various kits are available to transform frames from 27.5+ to 29, boost to non-boost, and single-speed to geared use.

The kit we have here is the Chameleon 29 Boost Dropout version and it's the one you'll need if you looking to put 29-inch wheels with boost hubs on your rig and run a derailleur. The kit includes dropouts for both the drive and non-drive side and all the hardware necessary for the swap. Feel free to adapt your Chameleon to its natural environment.
