These Rotor Round Road Spider Mount Chainrings are made just like Rotor's ovalized units, though they stick to the traditional round geometry that most folks are used to. And as much as we like Rotor's non-traditional Q-Rings, the reality for many riders is that they prefer round rings, or are hesitant to try ovalized rings since they don't have physical issues that stem from their use of round rings. Garmin-Cervelo's Thor Hushovd is a classic example. He won his World Championship on Rotor 3D Cranks fitted with Rotor's round chainrings.

The rings are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, and they have a hard anodized black finish.

I see the sizes listed as 36, 39 and 44 in the dropdown list above, but the description lists 34, 39 and 44 tooth options. Which is correct - 34 or 36?

Crankset update

I've put it through the wringer

I have a 20 year old Ultegra crankset and converted from 8 to 11 speeds in the rear. Changed out the front chain rings to Rotor assuming they would work better with the narrower 11 speed chain. They shift beautifully and look great.

Cheap EPO

I've put it through the wringer

I have this on one of my bikes and now getting it installed on my other bike. I'm not a strong climber. After having it installed, my friends accused me of taking EPO.
