Inner Q-Ring

The path you've taken towards progress has been one of challenges, triumphs and gains, but you've probably had a few moments here and there where you've wondered if you could be doing it better. Rotor created Q-rings for these moments — to not just show you that you can train smarter, but that you can utilize your strengths to push through your weaknesses and propel you forward at greater speed than before, and the Inner Q-Ring is no different. This small and handy CNC-machined chainring brings you total control over your power, with ovality to challenge all of your muscles to work together, reducing strain on your knees through the weakest points, and pushing you to ride harder, faster, and longer. This Inner Q-ring brings the same benefits that you've grown familiar with from Q rings to a two-by setup. When paired with Aldhu, you can adjust the Optimum Chainring Positioning, or OHP, one degree at a time to dial in the best pedal stroke possible. The chainring can also pair with Shimano cranksets, though it loses its infinite adjustability in this configuration, as it skips the direct-mount adjustable spindle modularity.
