Don't worry though, we have a lot more 29-inch Suspension Forks in stock than that.

Rock-solid support.

It's pretty hard to believe the engineers at RockShox found the need to reinforce the already stout Pike Fork. However, a contingent of aggressive riders and enduro racers desired greater stiffness than what's available from the Pike Fork, inspiring RockShox to create the Lyrik RCT3 DebonAir 160 Boost (51mm Offset) 29/27.5+ Fork for long-travel applications. For 2018, the Lyrik is upgraded with a Charger 2 damper and DebonAir spring, both working to increase its small-bump sensitivity, traction across rocky terrain, and mid-stroke support.

As the premiere all-mountain and enduro fork in RockShox's line, the Lyrik gives you unwavering support when you're dropping into technical terrain where falling isn't an option. To handle the rigors of enduro racing and aggro styles of all-mountain riding, the Lyrik's thicker stanchion walls and reinforced arch deflect lateral/twisting forces from bucking you silly across gnarly rock gardens and bigger hits.

Newly introduced to the 2018 line of Lyriks, the Charger 2 damper improves the fork's small-bump sensitivity, which equates to better traction when you're riding over rock gardens and large, bumpy root sections. This new damper gives riders a wider range of low-speed compression tuning, meaning it's all the more adjustable to your exact riding preferences. It's also easier than ever to turn the lever of the 3-position adjust, meaning it's now compatible with RockShox's OneLoc handlebar remote. Besides being popular in European regions where long climbs are necessary (i.e. the Alps), the OneLoc remote is useful for enduro racers seeking a handlebar lockout.

Another new addition to the 2018 model year, the DebonAir spring increases the negative air spring volume of the fork, much like you'd find with RockShox's Deluxe and Super Deluxe shocks. This increased negative air spring volume makes the Lyrik all the more sensitive to small bumps, while increasing mid-stroke support as you push deeper through its travel.

Seeing the Lyrik has wider Boost spacing, it makes perfect sense that RockShox designed it to clear tires up to 3.0 inches wide in 27.5+ applications, also clearing wider 2.8-inch tires of 29ers. By running wider tires, you'll find a drastic increase in overall grip and bump compliance, which is useful in technical terrain where jagged rocks and loose rubble are common. Another cool feature, the Lyrik is compatible with RockShox Torque Caps. These separately available caps stiffen up the interface between the hub and fork dropout, attaching to compatible hubs from SRAM. Fear not if you don't use Torque Caps, as the Lyrik works with a standard hub, so long as it's Boost spacing.
