Souplesse Long-Sleeve Thermal Jersey - Women's

It's notoriously difficult to strike that perfect balance between warm comfort and racing performance, but Rapha has somehow cracked the code when it comes to the Women's Souplesse Long-Sleeve Thermal Jersey. 

Equal parts fast and warm, this thermal jersey uses a slightly thicker fabric than the rest of the Souplesse collection, and has a fleecy brushed back inner for on-skin comfort, resulting in stretchy, breathable, and wicking performance that still retains body heat where you need it. Rapha cut this jersey with a race fit to keep things reasonably tight and prevent anything from flapping in the wind and slowing you down. Reflective elements on the rear of the jersey and armband give you an added touch of visibility in low-light conditions, and headphone loops that travel up the back seam provide you with easy listening in the middle of the ride.
