Narrow Wide Cinch Direct Mount Chainring
Of all the recent innovations in mountain biking, the Narrow Wide tooth profile featured on the Narrow Wide Cinch Direct Mount Chainring is arguably the most understated progression. Race Face has designed a tighter interface between the inner and outer links to prevent the chain from jumping. The Narrow Wide Cinch Direct Mount Chainring eliminates the weakness of four-bolt interfaces, and its 7075-T6, 4mm-thick, aerospace-grade aluminum transfers pedal loads without flexing, offering the lightest and stiffest interface between Race Face cranks.
The Narrow-Wide design helps to retain the chain by preventing jump, which is due to a tighter interface between inner and outer links. Now there's no need for heavy guides, and with the large-ratio spread of modern cassettes and 26- through 36-tooth Narrow Wide Cinch Direct Mount Chainring options from Race Face, you can kiss redundant double and triple cranksets goodbye. The proprietary Cinch spline found on the Narrow Wide Cinch Direct Mount Chainring uses a standard Park BBT-22 bottom bracket tool for installation.
This design eliminates the weakness of four-bolt interfaces, and its 7075-T6, 4mm-thick, aerospace-grade aluminum transfers pedal loads without flexing. The Race Face Narrow Wide Cinch Direct Mount Chainring is only compatible with Cinch cranks, comes in 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, and 38t options, and it works with 9-through-12-speed drivetrains.

Is this a boost or non-boost chainring? What’s the mm offset 3mm or 6mm? Thanks I need a 6mm

I have set of Next cranks but with a 2x chainring. Can I simply replace the 2 chainrings with this single chainring?

Perfect for what I need
32 is the perfect one for me. Getting more mileage from my cassette when I replace the chainring when I replace my chain.

Does the job
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Works, keeps the chain on, will wear well as long as you keep your drive train clean and lubed correctly.

I have been running a 32T Raceface Narrow Wide chainring since I went 1x on my 10 speed hardtail. On my 1x11 full-suspension I have put thousands of miles on one of these. Still had life on it but now that I am living in Utah a 30T is better for the climbing. These chainrings are light and durable. Also, you can get some sweet colors to match your bike.

Put this on my DJ because i'm slow and I need my colors to line up and match. Super easy to install with the Cinch setup.
