Next SL Crank Arms

Whether you ride a simple and reliable single-ring drivetrain, or prefer to run a traditional double- or triple-ring setup, the Next SL crank accommodates both. While a one-by uses a direct-mount chainring, a double or triple setup uses the Race Face aluminum spider that is sold separately. They are set into a 30mm spindle, 6mm larger than the previous version, which is fabricated from Race Face’s "super" aluminum, which is purported to be stronger than 7050 series aluminum. Less material and an oversized spindle ensure both a lower weight and increased stiffness—a winning combination for discerning riders and racers.

  • Light, stiff, and strong carbon cranks for XC and trail riding
  • Works with almost any 1x mountain drivetrain (except Shimano 12-speed)
  • Cinch direct-mount interface makes gearing swaps a breeze
  • Can swap for a direct mount spider for double- or triple-ring setups
  • CNC-machined Super Alloy spindle is stronger than 7050 aluminum
  • Please note that chainrings are sold separately
  • Compatible with most modern frame standards with the right Cinch bottom bracket (sold separately)

Why won’t this work with Shimano 12 speed? Isn’t that dependent on the chainring? Never mind. The folks at race face answered. This IS compatible with shimano 12 speed. You need to update this description. Working great on my wife’s bike.
