Don't buy this bottle

They put a fat sticker right on the bottle and it's impossible to get off. Last time I order anything from this company. They clearly don't get cycling.

Does the job, also has a water level indicator. It has the expected size. IMPO the backcountry big sticker can be removed or can send and you can decide to put it on the bottle or some other place, it just fine with a single logo and the brand name.

The number of things I own with goats on it is starting to get ridiculous. I still don't regret this purchase, though! Great little water bottle at an affordable price point. Love representing the goat on every trail that I ride. I saw an earlier review that stated the bottle leaks when not upright. I tested this last night and did not see any leakage when held upside down for a long period of time. Perhaps it has been fixed or it was a bad batch fluke. A nice feature not apparent in the specs or pictures is that there is a sliver of clear plastic that runs from top to bottom which allows you to make a quick visual check on how much H2O you have left. I will put the "landing on its feet" claim to test more over the spring and summer :)

Cap Leaks

This new design on the cap leaks. If the bottle tips over on its side it will spill out its contents. For example, if I flip the bike upside down to fix a flat, the liquid inside the bottles will leak out. I have to remember to remove the bottles from the cages before I flip the bike over or I will have to refill the bottles. The last design did not leak. For some reason the hole in the center of the cap is open and does not close completely like the last design. Either I received two bad caps or it is an issue with the quality control. At first I thought that I just had to break them in and use them a few times but after being used for over a month, they continue to leak.

The bottle does the job. The bottle comes with a sticker that does not peel off cleanly, it was annoying to remove the sticker and remove the sticker residue.

I was looking for a bottle that was firm enough it held its shape but could also be squeezed to get water fast. This is exactly that. The bottle and the top are made really well. Like others said, there is no plastic taste.

Good bottle! It carries water like a champ! This size fits perfectly on my large Hightower. Purist top makes it super easy to get drink when you need one. Buy 10 of em!

Specialized Purist bottles are pretty much the best bottles. Simple, perfectly sized and easy to squeeze. Why not get a bottle that reps your favorite online retailer? I purchased the Turqoise one to go with my "Industry Blue" 2019 Santa Cruz Bronson. The color is pretty darn close too.
