Nothing better for wet days, or wet pavement. Size L fits 44.5 Sidi Genius. If it's wet outside there is no point trying to stay dry because eventually you can't so why not go with the "warm wet" you get with neoprene? Neoprene covers fit snug, without wrinkles. The cleat holes line up fine with Look/Shimano sole. If they were about 2cm taller I'd give 'em five stars.

Size Large fits my 44.5 Sidi. Warm enough for mid-30s if you start out with warm shoes, i.e. not left in the garage. Better for dry than wet. Cleat hole lines up fine for Look/Shimano profile. I prefer the elasticized fit of these to a similarly thick P.I. shoe cover I rode before.

For wet days go with the Castelli neoprene shoe cover.

I loaded these on a set of Shimano carbon composite tubeless wheels and rode the criterium and queen stage at the Elkhorn Classic. The crit was blazing fast with mostly good pavement. The bike felt glued to the road - in a good way. On the wet descents of the next stage the feeling of being solid remained, and that conserves a lot of mental energy.I was concerned that the 127tpi casing would feel squishy or choppy or something when compared to 290tpi or 320tpi on the Vittoria clinchers but it didn't turn out that way. This tire on this wheel feels as good as, or better than a set of Michelin Pro Race 3 clinchers on the same rim (standard clincher version).I don't have enough experience with these to be totally sold on road tubeless but I have sold two sets of tubular wheels in the last three weeks so I am on the way. If you are looking for one "answer" to a lot of those wheel/tire related questions this tire and wheel combo could be IT.MFT
