Okay, I'm not sure why this particular frame set has been overlooked by the vast majority of the press. I've owned somewhere around 20 bikes in my life (i"m counting good bikes, not the dreaded Huffy of 1979!), and my FP6 built with 7900, Zipp wheels, cranks and stem, plus a bevvy of other excellent components comes in around 14lbs and its an absolute pleasure to ride for miles! Its stiff and responsive, and the frame is absolutely beautiful. I constantly get complements on this bike, and when I let others take it for a test spin, they return huge fans of Pinarello and the FP6! You can easily spend more on a frame set, but at best you will experience only a small incremental improvement in ride quality. This frame isn't "cheap", but its rides way beyond the asking price!
