My 2011 Litespeed C1 is in hand and a couple items to note. Overall Taiwan build quality is good, some wavy paint or so-so composite layup that was painted over. Huge tubes and interesting shapes if you are in to that. User manual is a waste of paper and must just satisfy some government safety agency. No real instructions directly related to the frame and preparation. When calling Litespeed regarding how to do Di2 on this bike, they did not know (asked multiple people multiple times) and directed me to my LBS without answering my question - what is the correct harness setup for Di2, small Archon C1 frame. The frame has external routing around the BB - needed with BB30. BUT I am doing a Rotor BB30->24 conversion (DA7900 crank) so I can run 100% internal. Shimano has many Di2 rear harnesses and so do your research on Shimano's Tech Doc portion of their site. But also know not ALL harnesses are even listed there! Get with a Shimano rep and talk through the options.
Litespeed 2011 C1 frames here at RealCyclist.com do not have the non-drive side chain stay mount for the Di2 battery. You heard me right This is in contrast to item photos you may have seen on other Litespeed sites. If you are doing mechanical drivetrain it does not matter of course. My advice would be to do the Calfee in seatpost mod battery. The Calfee mod FOAMS the battery in to your post. The battery will live for hundreds of 4,000 mile charges. Great chaps and THEY called me back and talked me through what the modification would be! Service! By skipping the Shimano battery, charger and power cord - you can get the uber clean setup. You also need Shimano wire harness EW-7975-A-2, or can buy from Calfee. When you add/subtract parts it only costs about $100 more than the unknown??? way to mount it.
So, I like the frame at the sale price, don't like muddling through as a customer not being able to sort it out based in how it was 'marketed'. Hope it is all they claim it to be when I ride it.
