Though one may have sized UP in Craft's other base layer offerings (eg. Active Extreme base layer) , best to not use that strategy with this item. I ordered L and its swimmingly so, almost manly sized. The shirt meets the needs of winter / early spring chill . Hopefully, it will shrink some with laundering.

i just ordered another of these Craft base layers for my cycle commute and it arrived with 3 snags in the right sleeve. So, i will not be ordering a 3rd in the purple as i had originally planned. It matters not whether the 'snags' were a Craft QC fail or a return merchandise to BC that had been mishandled. Either way indeed a grave disappointment for an item that's as costly as this product.

Unless my order arrives poorly sized, it's hardly worthwhile for me to return as I must use USPS for returns in my area and this item is needed now more than it will be 3 - 4 weeks from now when i would receive a replacement. So , a lost star for each snag.

since this arrived on my porch I have not wanted to take it off... love this shirt, goes well as a base layer beneath my ShowersPass jacket with a jersey for cooler / wet conditions . Looks like I'm going to have to spring for another for the sake of hygiene. Also washes up by hand quite readily and dries quickly.

I know it says form fitting but I ordered up and sooo glad i did.

5 star on these babies... don't pay any mind however, to reviews that encourage moving down in size. My small had to be returned /exchanged for a medium.

The Club Convertible 2s , the perfect choice for the commuter: no excessive noise, plenty of reflective trim, comfortable and relaxed fit, and totally dry at ride's end.

You rock, Showers Pass.

When the zipper died in my Burley and leaking issues left me feeling all but prepared for the next downpour I looked to ShowersPass to provide a commuter's remedy. Having recently moved from OR back to the East Coast I trusted the Portland , OR brand to have my back in any storm.

I selected the Crossover for its non bike-specific design... an attached hood, roomier cut and an olive green color option. Photographs of the Crossover may have been somewhat misleading ; my -M- fit being a bit more restrictive across the shoulders than entirely comfortable and from that experienced with the Burley. I had hoped that the jacket would have offered a tad more coverage at my seat in the hunched forward position as well. So it loses a star for the fit. I may have been better fitted in a -L- but did not wish to repeat the returns process that i had already experienced with the Convertible Club II pants (rainy weather upon us).

I certainly encourage others who have not the luxury of a fitting room at purchase to tend toward the larger fit. How does the ShowersPass Crossover stand up to the weather? Two thumbs up... in cooler weather the restrictive fit still allows a base layer and my PI quilted fleece layer or Shebeest fleece vest. It's quite warm and on wetter days this jacket has definitely kept me dry. Thank you ShowersPass. And thanks again to BackCountry for the speedy delivery and excellent customer service.

We have had some pretty low temps this season and i'm a bike commuter so stingy cheeks, icy numb eyebrows, along with raw blades of air assaulting my lungs / asthma.

Most Balaclavas are far too heavy for my liking and i hate the scarf mummy idea for cycling. The lightness of this more technical fabric appealed to me. It's perfect in weight and ,does the trick. I stow it in its plastic sac in my pac and it's there when i need it.

commuting to work in winter has never been an issue as i have cycled my entire life.. but East Coast lows below 20 have left me with some uncomfortable fingers. Sugoi's Lobster Gloves are super well made and very comfortable (but SubZero ??? Not so they lose 1star) until temps drop to the single digits (perhaps handwarmers at that point).
One small issue with the product : one of the logos unglued and flipped up off the velcro that fastens down the wrist.
That : quickly repaired with Loctite.
Do take the time to measure with a cloth measure for sizing ; it's worth it. Mine fit perfectly.
