Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Element Bolt is super un-fussy. The buttons and tactile and not hard to get to with or without gloves. The B+W screen is no frills and easy to read in alot of sun and when the sun is down the backlight helps. The GPS working with Strava and directions has worked without issue. With HR, Cadence and Speed accessories, fantastic pieces of kit that help me to enjoy my ride while getting the metrics that help me to get info about my ride. Solid.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

My daughter says its comfortable and likes that it breathes. I like that it has MIPS and that she is willing to wear it. We got the Matte Pink Blossom. She likes pink and I like this pink, but we both agreed we didn't like the flowers, so we painted over the flowers. It took the paint well, so we got it to look more Ziggy Stardust then someones bad wallpaper and now we are both happy.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have worn this out for a few early morning rides where there was a good breezy wind with early morning dew and a good chill in the air. Wore these with just a bib and it got me through the early morning. Later in the day as it got warmer, the arms came off and I opened up a bit in front and the ride was comfortable. I really love the technical aspects of this fabric, it definitely protect you from the wind, but breathes really well and when you watch water bead off, it just makes me smile. Back pockets are deep and held the removal arms, fuel, pump and iPhone 7+ all without feeling like it was bulk. Its nicely designed and well built. Look forward to wearing it in more severe weather.

First pair of bibs since I have gotten back on a bike in years and these have been my only and exclusively used bib for the last few months. Overall these are super comfortable. They fit very well for me. Minimal seams. Great grippers in the leg. Comfortable straps which you don't feel and breathe very well. Chamois is not to thick and not too thin its just right. Really great feeling fabric, feels very much like a second skin. Technically in every way amazing, but in the last few washes the fabric that attaches to the chamois is starting to separate on the edges, I have been gentle by just hand washing and air dry. Its not an issue at the moment and I hope it does not get worse. So besides this issue which could be that I have just been using them so much, they are pretty amazing.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Overall comfortable, but my initial thoughts on these bibs is they felt a little thick in all areas. The fabric overall felt a little thicker, but I think this will suit well as the weather in NYC starts to get a little colder. The cut panels are interesting, and not sure how I totally feel about them. It feels like fabric bunches up slightly, so you have to pull and snap the fabric to fit properly. The chamois I felt was also slightly thick, at least its more chamois then I am used to. The straps are substantial in width and are very comfortable. Wish the had a silicone griper, but not an issue on adding on my own. Will break them more and update the review.
