Very nice fabric and a great fit. Love the longer sleeves. Perfect for changing weather days in the spring and fall. With warmers and a vest easily works from high 40s to low 60s. I'd call it true to size. 140lbs with 36.5" chest and M fits perfect - not quite full on race fit but very fitted.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

After slicing sidewalls on multiple GP4Ks, Corsas and Pro Ones, I swore off "racing" tires and decided to give these a try. I run them tubeless. The set up was painless. They measure a bit over 33mm on 20mm (internal) rims. Ride quality and traction is great (I usually run them around 50/55 psi). Very durable - no punctures in 1,500mi. One negative is a relatively short lifespan - the wear dimples are almost gone at 1,500mi. But it's to be expected from such a lightweight tire -- there just isn't that much rubber under the tread (though durability does't seem to suffer).

This is a great pair of bibs. I would not pay full price for them but at available deep discounts these are hard to beat. Probably the best chamois for the money too. I don’t think the sizing is any different from other castelli bibs (I own many). The fabric is on a thicker side (so not so good for scorching temps) and not as stretchy as Free Aero for example so they may feel a bit tighter when putting them on. I am 5’9”/145 and medium fits perfect - they disappear on your when you put them on.

This would be a great tire for those who ride on better surfaces but they are just too fragile for our pothole ridden roads. The set up was very easy on the DT Swiss E1800 wheels and 28mm tires measured around 30mm. I ran them at 60psi and they felt great. Unfortunately I got a sliced sidewall in under 500 miles. The sealant actually sealed the cut and I did not even noticed it before getting back home.

Good jersey for bad weather
4 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I find it a very useful piece of kit. I've worn it from mid 40s to low 60s. My personal preferred temperature range for this jersey is from high 40s to high 50s. It may work down to high 30s with a right base layer on a mostly dry tempo ride but I would pick a different kit for that. It works extremely well to keep you dry in a light rain/drizzle/wheel spray but will obviously eventually soak though in a downpour (wrong kit for that). The jersey also dries out pretty fast so when it's raining on and off it tends to keep you dry. It does not vent body heat particularly well (compared to non water resistant fabrics) so once it's into mid 50s you may need to work that zipper.

Sizing it typical Castilli. I don't find it any smaller than other Castelli jerseys/jackets with a "pro" fit. It is less stretchy though so some may need to size up to account for that.

These are great winter gloves. Excellent warmth to bulk/weight ratio. Great body heat control -- the hands tend to stay sweat free. I've used them down to 25F and hands stayed warm. For me they would be too warm for 40F+. Very grippy palms. Comfortable overall, except I find the cuff to be too tight to get it over the jacket sleeve which is the way I prefer to wear gloves (unless it's raining). They run very small, even compared to Castelli's other gloves so size up 1 or 2 sizes.

Good winter jacket

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought this jacket primarily for night riding. Its high visibility panels work exceptionally well and reflect light from a long distance and from multiple angles. The panels are a little inflexible though and top panels especially make it feel a bit bulky. The fit is OK but not great. It’s a little too short in body and sleeves (compared to other Medium Castelli jackets I have). For me it works for between upper 30s (if not too windy) and low 50s. Note that the back of the jacket is not wind/waterproof at all and on a windy day you will definitely feel it. Also any wheelspray will soak it through very fast.

A warm winter jacket with a great fit.

Bought it to use for under 40 degree weather. I've used it down to a windy 25F with two base layers and it kept me warm. Also wore it under a light drizzle in the high 30s and stayed dry. Mixed feelings about the Thermoflex panels... They definitely work to prevent overheating when the temps rise closer to 40 or above but on a windy day closer to freezing and below you definitely feel cold air entering the jacket. So on the balance for my usage I wish it was 100% Windstopper.

Medium fits me perfectly -- tight but allowing multiple/different thickness base layers.

Good winter shoe

Used a few times down to low 20s. Feet were warm with two pairs of socks (thin thermolite + wool) and no chemical warmers. Run true to sizing chart -- larger than Shimano's for the same size. I wear non-insulated Shimano's in 45 and got these in 45 as well but they are 1/2-1 size larger (which was the intention to wear thicker/multiple socks). Boa works well. Wish ankle gaiter was a bit higher. No experience with these in the rain but feet stay dry in wheel spray.
