Familiarity: I've used it several times

This recipe book is a great way to make your own power food to help get you through wherever your adventure take you. The rice based recipes are great because they don't need to be hydrated once they hit your stomach like oat based bars. This helps with hydration management and means you are absorbing the fuel you need better and faster.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I picked up this shoe to replace some old Reebok cross trainers and I absolutely love them! They have a stable platform for squatting and dead lifting and are light enough for sprints and box jumps. They don't have a lot of cushion, but it is just enough to take the impact of a good plyometric workout. Sizing is spot on, I got my street shoe size and it fits perfect.
