These bibs have amazing value for $180 MSRP. The fabrics used are quite technical and the fit is on point for what you're looking for in a high-performance bib short.

The mesh material not only offers great ventilation but also comfort in the fit. The only minor thing I found in this design that was a bit of a consequence were the straps roll a bit at times since they are flexible fabrics. This caused my straps to dig in a little at times and adjust but overall the fit is still great and this was likely more specific to me getting too big of a size.

I definitely would recommend these shorts though if you are in the market for a good "bang for your buck" short that offers a bit of everything.

If you are looking for something versatile to use for all types of riding (mountain, gravel, road) and don't want something too loose or too tight than give this jersey a look.

Their standard fit is more relaxed in my opinion, therefore it will be great for all different riding positions but like anything else depending on what brands you typically wear, sizing/fit may differ on this one for you.

The quality in the fabrics and ventilation in the mesh panels gives this piece amazing value for a great performance short sleeve jersey.

This jersey does a great job at giving you something lightweight and aero yet comfortable with great ventilation/cooling. It really is the total package.

Giordana calls the fit a second skin like feel and that is an accurate way in describing the feel of the fabrics. Especially over the shoulders you will notice this feel as the smoothness of the fabric stretches over you to give you the flexibility you want without any bulges or gaps when in the riding position.

The look of the jersey is great too and I would recommend pairing this with the Giordana FR-C baselayer for optimal moisture wicking as well. Make things even more of a perfect combo and complete your NXG kit with the bibs. I'll be surprised if it doesn't become your new favorite kit.

NXG = best bib shorts on the market, its simple algebra.

Everything you want in a bib short is wrapped up in a complete package with these and delivered with the utmost quality.

Compression - check
Ventilation - check
Amazing fit and comfort - check
Best chamois design out there - check
Cool brand story and history - check

I can't say any more about these but they certainly check every box and it certainly says a lot when you see this many of our experts sharing the positive feedback and using them as their "go to" bib short.

Trust us on this one, if you are looking for the mountain top in bib shorts, look no further. This is it.

This jersey has amazing ventilation properties and the fit is superb. The fit is a bit more relaxed and stretches a bit more than most Castelli jerseys but still feels quite aero.

The arm sleeves come down a bit more than other Castelli jerseys I own but they lie flat and gives the jersey a nice classic look.

Overall this is a great jersey that I would recommend for summer riding, climbing, or just a high quality high value short sleeve jersey to add to your collection.

If you have any questions on this jersey, Castelli, sizing/fit, etc... please feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to help!

These bibs fit great and are easily one of the most comfortable bibs I've worn. The fabrics offer great compression complimented by an updated leg gripper that allows it to lie flat, stay in place, without the discomfort of having the silicone grips right at the edge.

Castelli also updated the straps to this short which I found to be a huge plus from their previous models. The new bib staps have mesh allowing better ventilation but most importantly they don't roll and seem like they will hold up to stretching a bit longer.

The reason Castelli keeps us coming back though is the chamois. Am I right or am i right? The Progetto x2 Air chamois is their best chamois yet and I was truly impressed. I've used these on my longer rides and it's so plush. The new top layer is even softer and more flexible giving you confidence that you can move around the saddle, adjust riding pistions, etc.. and still be comfy AF.

One thing to note with Castelli sizing is often if you've never tried their apparel before you will likely need to go up a size from what you are used to. For more precise help though with sizing, fit, etc please feel free to reach out to me and I'd be more than happy to help.

After trying a few of Selle SMP saddles I settled on the Drakon as the perfect one for me. I think the Drakon is one of the most versatile saddles out there.

As far as Selle SMP lineup goes the Drakon falls right between the Lite 209 and Dynamic with the Lite 209 having slightly more padding and the Dynamic slightly less. This means the padding on the Drakon is great while not being too bulky.

For me the shape of the saddle is also right on par. My riding position feels firm and securely planted in the saddle. The raised rear on the Drakon doesn’t leave me perched on the rear edge of the saddle when sitting and grinding up a steep climb. Rather, it provides a solid platform to push against. Similarly when in the drops, I can remain firmly in place while getting a steady power output. The saddle may look curvy, but it has a nice flat section in the middle that allows you to settle in and move fore and aft with ease.

The Drakon knows how to deliver the comfort for everyday riding so give it a try if you think it may work well for you too. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out to me.

This was the third book to complete my Dr. Allen Lim Skratch cookbook trilogy series, so obviously it was a must buy. I'm excited to use this for bigger meals to use on cycling trips or just for meal prep at home. The recipes offer a nice collection for a well-balanced nutritional plan. This book is best paired with the other Feed Zone cookbooks but totally not necessary. Either way it's a good gift for anyone, including yourself.

TriggerPoint really knows how to go the extra mile than your typical foam roller. If you use this bad boy correctly for the muscles your targeting you will be giving them a deep-tissue massage while loosening up that lactic acid for quicker and better recoveries.

Even if you just want to feel good before or after working out or you have some sore spots from the long day, this roller knows what you need. I've found this size of roller helps tackle larger muscle groups and therefore gives you faster relief. Whether you're looking to relieve muscles, joint pain, or improve mobility you will be doing your body a huge favor with one of these.

This HRM is a must have for your cycling training (or running). It transmits both Ant+ and Bluetooth signals so pairs easily with your other devices and apps. I have not used the internal workout storage that allows you to leave the phone if you want, however that is nice feature to have. The strap adjusts easily and snaps to the HRM sensor with buttons. The fit is comfortable and overall for this price it's in line with all the other HRMs out there and offers a few more features.

I'm a strong advocate for chocolate milk post workouts so this will now be my go to for recovery drinks. The ingredients make it even more nutritionally better for you than just regular chocolate milk. It will provide everything your body needs after a long ride or tough workout.

The flavor is smooth and delicious better than any powdered recovery drink I've had before. Best part is you won't feel that perpetual tummy rumble you've felt before with recovery drink mixes. Much like all the other Skratch products for me, this one is a must have.

These may be more designed for road racing with their lightweight, stiff Easton EC90 carbon sole, and highly breathable design however they are even more than just that. I simply was looking for a nice road shoe to replace the old ones I had. What I found in this one was one that provided an amazing fit (love both the BOA dial and velcro straps) and is comfortable for both short and long rides.

The uppers on this shoe have a soft microfiber feel making it feel snug yet extremely comfortable. Giro does fit a bit more narrow in the toe box but in terms of sizing I was a half size smaller than my Shimano shoes.

Overall this is a great shoe at a even better value for everything it provides no matter what type of rider you are.
