I own 2 pairs of these shorts. Really, I want to own every color and throw the rest of my shorts away. These are hands down the best shorts I have ever worn and I have worn many brands. These are a perfect balance of light weight with a perfect chamois, not to thick or too thin. I am always tugging and pulling at my other shorts, but these never move. I have rode 100 miles in these and never had to adjust them. The leg bands are light and "different", but they work just fine. The colors on the leg band are not vividly bright.

Great for long ride days

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I ride anywhere from 200-300 miles a week during the summer (a random 100 mile ride is not out of the question). In the winter I average about 12 hours a week on the trainer. These are my go to shorts for long ride days. I really like the chamois. It is just right not too bulky, yet not to thin. Most importantly the seams on the chamois is fairly minimal. There are some shorts out there that do not have any edge, but this one is as close as it gets to no seam at all. The style is nice and flattering due to the waist band. It comes up to about the belly button and has a nice color insert to match the legs. They look really nice on. The leg grippers are unique from most other shorts and I like them. The only negative to date about these shorts is that on my first pair (used about 6 months) the little rubber company logo has come partially unsewn, which any weight weenie would probably try to tear off anyway. My first pair I bought a Medium, which proved to be too big. I bought 2 other pairs and they are smalls and first perfect. I am between SM and Med. in Castelli, SM Garneau,SM Specialized. See what the chamois looks like in my photos

I bought these as a surprise for my husband. He probably would not buy such high-end shorts for himself so I did. He loves everything about them. He averages about 200 miles a week in the summer and 6 hours plus on the trainer a week in the winter. He says they are super comfortable, loves the chamois and really likes the fabric. We were recently riding in the hot desert sun. I could feel the heat sizzling on the back of my black standard lycra shorts, he said he did not even notice the heat. He says the only negative is that the legs ride up a bit on him. I actually think I could have bought him a size smaller. I bought XL, as everyone stated they run small and I know with Women's shorts they tend to run small. I do notice that he has some bunching in the legs, so probably a tighter fit would fix the riding up issue. He still loves them.

I bought these for my husband. He usually wears a Large, but bought XL base on other reviews and product recommendations. He says these are one of his favorites, if not his very favorite. These also happen to be his first pair of Castelli. His other favorite is Garneau. He likes that they are supportive, but not overly restrictive and loves the chamois. I really like the look and color. The fabric is very nice and the lighter color will be nice when summer temperatures sizzle.

First tried the Kicker Direct Drive. Due to having a Specialized Diverge with a very unique 135mm Thru Axle I could never get a good fit with the Kicker. Switched to the Snap which allows for a lot more variability in wheel size and skewer configuration. Both my Thru Axle and Older Skewer (10 speed hub) work well on the Snap. I do have to add several washers to the Skewer in order to get a snug fit. The first Snap I received had the same noises as mentioned below. A thud noise and vibration that made me think my crank had a problem. CC promptly replaced the unit (within the 30 day return period). The second unit has had no issues of any kind. I have a Wahoo Element that it pairs nicely to and also run Zwift. Setup and connection with both are seamless. The Snap is not perfect, in that there are nuances here and there that could be improved(ie Skewer fit). However I did extensive research on comparable units and pound for pound I still believe this is the best wheel on unit available(no I have not tried any others). Other models have much lighter fly wheels and plastic parts within the wheel mounting mechanism that are often reported as breaking easily. This unit is built rock solid. I have been using the trainer for about 6 weeks now and ride about 12 hours a week.

These are really nice socks. The thickness of the sock what I would call a medium weight for a cycling sock. They stay up where they should. Other socks of this height that I have tend to fall down a bit, but not these. Love the bright orange. I wear ladies size 7.5 and bought the small size...perfect fit.

This is my second pair of these shoes. They are hands down the best bicycling shoes I have ever owned over 35 years of cycling. I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel and these fit me perfect. I think they are true to size. If you have a wide foot you might need 1/2 size bigger depending on how you like your shoes to fit. I do not mind mine being a little more roomy. These are Italian cycling shoes for serious riders. Some people complain about the tongue being stiff and scratchy. If you read the instruction manual they show you how to cut the tongue to fit your foot. This is what I did with my old shoes and it works great. I am waiting until these break in a bit before I decide where I want to put my snips. I love the closure system and replaceable heel pad. If quality and performance is what you are looking for, this is the shoe for you. I am stylin the pink and white. Cannot miss seeing me now.
