Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Well I gave it shot but it is not on par with the quarqs for sure. Nothing but problems and highly inaccurate.

1st it wont turn on right away. My unit takes about 10 minutes of riding to turn on and randomly turns off, always in the middle of intervals.

Using the power calibration test it reads about 20-30 watts lower than all my quarq's( I have 5) and Tacx Neo.

Raceface is refunding my money.

The addix casing feels dead and lifeless. They are so stiff that schwalbe has taken all the feel out them. All this technology put into a tire and it is worse than the original Evo Ron that was amazing. The tread design feels more rounded than the original and does not inspire confidence on my Enve 50/50 rims. After flatting on a gravel road with all the extra protection and weight, I have called it quits with Schwalbe and Rocket Ron.

I got sick of paying Schwalbe's high prices for the Rocket Ron and picked up 2 of these tires for the same price as a single Ron. I knew the grip prolly wasn't going to be as good, man was I wrong. At 22lbs (29x2.20) it had grip for days over loose, hard, roots, rocks, etc... Any slide was minimal and controlled meaning you knew it was coming. It rolls smoother on gravel and pavement, I perceived it to be faster. It wasn't any slower. for sure. Tubeless setup was ez with a compressor and orange seal. See ya Ron.

It will make a roadie out of me.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I'm a Cat1 MTB racer and part-time roadie. This bike fit like a glove compared to my 15 S-Works Roubiax. I'm 5'9 and with the 55cm and 100mm stem.

My roubaix never fit right. I have taken it to a few bike fitters and it just feels wrong. I got this bike after reading about a million reviews and set it up per the fit measurements and man what a difference. The ride quality with Corsa Evo tires, Enve 3.4 wheels and latex tubes are incredible. I went with Di2, I'm not sure I could ever go back to manual shift.

There is nothing I would change about the bike, It is as good or even better than the reviews claim. The ride quality is superior to my Roubaix which is the only thing I liked about that bike. The fit is amazing, it is hard to describe but I feel "at home" on it and it climbs like crazy. Mine came out to about 15lbs w/ MTB pedals(OMG right), cages and garmin mount.

This is an amazing spring/fall/winter jersey. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'9 150-155 and wear a medium. i have used this jersey down into the 30's with a light base and was cool but not uncomfortable. Pair this jersey with the Assos thermal vest and a good base layer and you can use this for most of the winter. 20's may require a jacket but this jersey is very versatile and worth money.
