So I was reading about recovery tips and massages. Massages sound so unappealing, having a stranger rub all over you for an hour @ $100 a pop. So I ran across this devise. I figured it pays for itself in 6 uses compared to a massage and after the 1st use I was sold. I completed a solid 2hr LT interval workout, zapped myself ( No Pain at all) for an hour at Level 6, went to bed and climbed Col d'Lzoard the next day like I was on well rested legs. It works, get it.
