Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
One of the most important parts broke upon installation and I never got to use this. All the parts arrive in a small plastic bag and are very simple to assemble: Lever, cable housing, cable, ferrule, spring, and hook/set screw for the connection with the seatpost actuator cable end. You cut the cable and housing to length when installing it. I followed the instruction manual and when just ready to connect the cable hook end to to other cable end, it just snapped off. No more cable end on the seatpost - it's ruined already. It appears to be a filament, like fiberglass strands, glued on and they are weak and not durable. I am glad this happened in the garage and not on a ride. This particular post is junk and I suspect they all suck as much and eventually fail. Really disappointing for me. I now understand why it was on sale.
