Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I wore these the other day when it was 38-40 F and these kept my hands nice and warm. I think my hands would have been warmer at even lower temperatures, and I think my hands get cold easily. At the end of a 5 mile descent my fingers were cool, but not uncomfortably cold. The insulation is thick enough to keep your hands warm without being so bulky you can't brake or shift properly. These were a bit snugger than other gloves I have, but I was still able to fit in a large comfortably. The velcro strap is nice and the wrist was snug enough that it fit under my sleeve.
