Familiarity: I've used it several times

I’ve used the larger older-brother version on car tires before so I quickly grabbed some of these when I saw them. Glad I did. Put a hole in a new tire that hissed louder and spit more sealant than any other hole I’d had.
The plugs worked great and got me going within a few minutes.
1. Locate the hole and orient it closest to the ground. Sealant will come out and will help lubricate the hole so your plugs can be inserted easier.
2. Put a plug on the insertion tool and center it so the ends are at the same height along the shaft when bent.
3. Insert the plug half way.
4. Hold the inserted plugs ends against the tire when withdrawing the insertion tool.
5. Return the plugged hole to the low spot and allow sealant to seal the small spaces around the plug and hole.
6. Use two plugs at the same time if the hole is large.
Short term fix but may not want to go on a long distance backcountry ride on a plugged tire.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I’m on my third DHF WT and will continue buying them.
Confidence inspiring front tire that has saved my bacon in loose and hard pack conditions when I thought I was going to slide out. The side knobs grip and the center knobs roll. Being a WT (wide trail) 2.5 width, it has ample bite to keep you upright and to direct you through loose terrain.
Have ridden over softball sized loose rocks to redrock and it performs well in just about any condition that you throw at it.
I’ve had mine mounted on 30mm rims (Easton Arc 30)
as well as 27mm (Easton Arc 27). I like it best with the 27mm combo.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

5’11” 180lbs 32” inseam 35” waist.
Tried on XL and L. Purchased L.
XL length was fine, seat felt good when in a riding position. thighs were very bulky- reminded me of cowboy chaps. Extremely large.
L length is perfect. Seat feels slightly tight when on the saddle. Waist feels slightly lower than it should be. I do not have a large can either. Thighs are much slimmer than XL. It seems as though there should have been a size between L and XL. Can still wear a layer underneath the L but it is surprisingly slimmer than I anticipated after having so much room in an XL.
Opted for L because it fits with less bulk to flap in the wind. Somewhat concerned about whether the tight seat will split or survive the next couple months. I will check back and update after a while.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Good brake but I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.
I have ridden RSCs Ultimates Zees and these. These require less maintenance and tinkering than the Sram brakes but there is quite a bit of fade or irregularities in lever pull on longer descents when they are used more frequently.
Would I buy them again? Yes.
Are they my favorite? No.
Perfect on a XC or Trail bike. I may use brakes more than most, and given that I am 180lbs I like brakes that put down the power. I prefer Zees or Ultimates to XTs when weight is not an issue and when I’m going to be riding more downhill/enduro than trail/xc.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I’ve ridden XTs RSC Ultimates and these. And these are the ones I like the most. They are slightly heavier than others but the consistency wins the day.
I ride uphill only to ride down and the Zees dish out crisp stopping power that is more consistent than my RSC and Ultimates, and more powerful (less pull force required) than my XTs.
