Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Out of the box the helmet looks very nice, well built, and the graphics are nice looking. The helmet also comes with a vented bag for traveling, which is a nice touch.
*Good rear coverage.
*Fits nicely, without pressure points or moving around the head.
*Padding is comfortable and high quality.
*It looks gigantic in the head. Feels too round and too high.
*The visor is weird looking (for my taste) and while it adjusts, it does not allow for goggle placement.
*Could use an extra vent on each side.
*The padding, while high quality, comes loose easily.
*The straps are somewhat cumbersome to adjust for a high price helmet.
*Expensive (even without MIPS).
Due to the more cons than pros, I decided to return it. I did not get to ride with it. Based on how it felt on the head at home, I believe it would have performed well on the trail. Maybe just a bit hot.
