Familiarity: I've used it several times

This jacket is superb quality, as you would expect for the price, and it is made in Italy. It breathes well, and also keeps you at the correct temps. I have used it from low 40s up to the mid 50s so far. I have only used it with a long sleeve base layer and jersey combo, and it fits fine. The jacket is not loose, so it is pretty aero considering.

My jacket from last season is a well known brand, made in China, and while it heats me up, it feels like a plastic bag flapping in the wind, and eventually producing massive sweat.

Beware of sizing... I normally wear a Large, and sometime XL in bibs, and these XL's did not come close to fitting. The straps over the shoulders were far too tight; I had to hunch to get them not to tear into my skin... the legging section was tight, but bearable. I had to go up to an XXL to get decent strap fitting, and now the knee section isn't totally form fitting.

I am 6'2" and 185lbs as a reference.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I just can't believe how many trophies and PR's I am getting on Strava after purchasing two of the Matte bottle cages. Every gram counts now, so much so, I reduced the number of Skratch scoops I add to my bottles. Trust me, it makes a huge difference, the PR's don't lie.

Now on to reality, and lowering the sarcasm dial... these cages are nice, have a great look and do the job. My two cages are a little tight for my liking, and actually pinch/deform my bottles; it reminds me of Lennie holding the rabbits in Of Mice And Men... if you never read the book, he kills him with his death grip.

Yes I would buy them again, even though they are a bit snug.

Light, rigid, and comfortable

I am very happy with my purchase. These bars have a better feel than the aluminum bars that came on my bike. They are extremely, rigid and comfortable.

I was hit by an old lady in West Hollywood last week, and my bike went crashing down as I somehow unclipped and superman'd my way across the intersection. The brand new bars took the biggest hit, and suffered a little scuff (after the bar tape scraped off), but no real damage... I am guessing with my old aluminum bars there would have been a bend.

Sorry, the 240z in the photo is not for sale. :)

Just what I needed...

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I recently had my bike professionally fitted, and I went with a new saddle that ended up making for a sore bum. After a few weeks of trying to wear it in, I decided to go back to my original Selle Italia.

One problem... the seat wouldn't allow enough adjustment, so it was set back 15mm too far.

This seatpost has a 20 or -10 offset, so it solved my problem. It is pretty inexpensive for carbon, but it feels pretty good, and looks well made. Hey, as long as the saddle is on the post, I am happy.

I wanted a slightly shorter stem to change my cockpit, and I purchased this Fizik. No complaints other than the annoying torque screws that came with it, so I had to purchase another tool to install it.

I replaced my stock Oval saddle with this Selle Italia, and couldn't be more pleased. I typically ride 40-70 miles which is about 2.5 to 4 hours on the bike, and the Oval saddle would put me to sleep... if you know what I mean.

I haven't had any issues since this purchase, and would highly recommend it to anyone experiencing numbing or tingling in their man bits.

I am 6'2" and 190 as a reference point for fit.

This was my first season on a road bike, and I wasn't very happy with my stocker Oval wheels that came on my bike. I was not ready to jump to carbon wheels, so I purchased these Shimano Ultegra wheels.

The Shimano Ultegra's were a great upgrade for me, as they are very reasonably priced, rigid out of the saddle, and perform very well overall.

I put about 2,000 miles on my Ovals, and 900 on these Ultegra's. I would definitely recommend them as a training wheel, or for someone like me that wants to upgrade their junk stockers.
