The son of a bike shop owner, I started racing bikes when I was four. Thirty three years later, I'm still riding and love it as much as ever. After 14 seasons in the professional peloton, I no longer race but ride with the local club in Toronto, or in the city parks with my wife and sons. When I am not on a bike, on the trampoline or at the hockey rink, I'm writing and public speaking. I just finished my fourth book, which will be published next spring.
