Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

The construction feels strong and durable. I really like the easy on and off design of the Velcro straps, however, I have not been able to really put it to the test in heavy mud and wet conditions to see if they hold up. Worst case I’ll just throw on some zip-ties.

I really enjoy the wider platform on these pedals. Other than that they are exactly what you would expect or have come to love about SPD’s; strong, durable, simple, secure, easy clipping in and out.

Really well constructed and versatile jacket. Packs away nicely so it’s there when you need it. Not sure I love the mesh back with only a single Velcro closure. It would be nice to have the ability to zip the back shut when in jacket mode and only have the mesh when in vest mode.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I’m a flats rider. From my singlespeed, full suspension, and fat bike. I feel I’ve plateaued a little on my riding ability, and I figured I’d give the clipless setup a try. These shoes fit perfect for a wild guess on sizing based on a street shoe size. I typically wear a size 9, sometimes size 8.5. I went with the size 43 in this shoe based on my normal footwear sizing. I can’t speak to longevity, or high mileage comfort, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I’m using this on my singlespeed. The bar currently on the bike is a 680mm, and I picked these up on sale cheaper than most aluminum bars. The 740mm is the perfect width for me, and matches my other bikes. The yeti bar has a 5 year defect warranty, and seems like a quality piece. My only early on gripe, is the matte finish scuffs very easily, and has marks from moving the brake clamps around into position. Small time issue, as trail scuffs are soon to follow.

My old Smith glasses broke, and of course that style is out of production now. I had to look for something similar that had good overall coverage on the bottom and sides. This is my second set of the chromapop, and I really like how it seems to lessen the strain on my eyes. I haven’t tried the micro adjustments along the temple, but in looking it over that looks like a decent feature.

This is a great modular rack setup, that can be mix and matched for different bikes. I have three of these, and they allow me to alternate front tire/ rear tire, and clean up the bike storage in my basement. I’m glad I went with these over the home built 2x4’s.

I added this to my Cannondale Trail Singlespeed. I've become so accustomed to my dropper on my Bronson, when I'm out riding the singlespeed, I noticed the seat always being right there when I head back down the hill. I was shocked when I actually found a dropper in the older 27.2 size seatpost diameter. I like how simple this is, no extra cables and levers, which keeps my singlespeed bike simple, and purpose built.

Seems to be a well built, solid bike rack. All our bikes (4) fit on with the extension, travel is solid, and there's not a bunch of sway or movement. I like the 1Up racks better, but this is a close second and looks a little more refined.
