Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bought this stem to get lower on my Salsa Fargo, the -12° and low stack height were exactly what I was looking for.
Pros: This stem has a very nice look in my opinion. Very light (114g on my scale for the 70mm). Very low stack height, 34mm on my caliper.
Cons: Stem arrived with sharp burrs where it was milled on the inside (so take some time and check yours before installation), I debuured mine with a fine round file and 220 grit sand paper.
The description on both FSAs website and Competitive Cyclist lists titanium hardware, it is steel hardware which I verified with a magnet (I prefer steel hardware anyway) and even with the steel hardware it’s very light.

I was in need of a new pair of mtb shoes after my Sidi Dominators cracked. Decided to try something different, the Giro Privateer R HV. I have about 250 miles in these shoes so far. They have been great, very solid feel and enough room for my wider feet. For size reference I wear a 46 mega (wide) in Sidi, I’m a 46.5 HV (wide) in the Giro.
