Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
First off I'll say that this has worked 100% consistently from day one so I have no qualms on durability. However, I have three major complaints. The lever has very little mechanical advantage and so you have to really mash it in order to get the post to raise or drop at full speed. Second, the dropper moves very slow up and down enough that you have to think about it on the trail. Third its more difficult to install then other droppers. Even though it works decent I find myself thinking about it and having to put effort into it while I'm riding. At 350 dollars there really isn't any reason to get this over a PNW Bachelor or Fox Transfer.
