Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are simply the best road shoes I've ever owned. I've been a Sidi wearer for over 25 years and will never go back. The genius design of these shoes is great for wide feet, plus it ensures a great fit. They also look Pro!

From a sizing perspective, I traced my foot and came up with a 44.5 but I ordered both 44.5 and 45 to see which fit better. I wear a Sidi 45 and have a US size 11 foot. The 44.5 was a better fit for me. The heat mold-able heel cup is really helpful, but the top of the heal still stays a bit wider than Sidi.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

The fit is awesome. I been wearing Sidi's for almost 25 years, but over the last 7 years it seems Sidi was using lasts that are harder for me to fit in a Mtn Bike shoe. I worn 45 in Sidi Dominator, Genius and Dragon but suffered with the last two in toe box width. Megas were too wide though. I've never worn wide or high-volume mtn bk shoes until these, which I really like the fit, feel and quality. They also look fantastic! BTW - they come with green and black laces as well as a shoe bag. The switchable insole system is also a nice touch, but I haven't used enough to know if I like it yet or not.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is my second one, so I've put over a thousand miles on the last one, and it finally needed to be retired - velcro gave out, the straps started to get tattered and the zipper was starting to stick. It served it's purpose well. I use this bag for road - 1 tube, 2 CO2 (16), 2 Park rim levers, Park patches, Inflator, chain link, a Crank Bros M17 and a couple of gels.

These were not quite as warm as I had hoped, but I did like the palm grip area a lot. We'll see how they hold up. I ordered a Large because my hand measure was 8.5" and I always wear large in gloves. These are a little tight but not too tight. I would love to compare to an XL and I might have gone with an XL.

This cover performed really well keeping wind and splashing water from puddles completely out. I rode it in the 40*s F and had no problems with cold toes. The XL fits really well over my Sidi Wires size 45, but I also like my covers on the tight side. I doesn't fit quite as well over my Giro Empires, but that is more an outer-soul issue. No issues at all zipping them up.

I run small saddle bags and keep them really tight, but I pack a lot into them. This can not hold 1 road tube, 2 levers, 2 CO2 and an M17 multi tool in this bag. Returned and sticking with EVOC medium (which will hold all of that and more) at half the price.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

The shoes feel and fit really great, but are a little tight in the toe box, so I returned them. For some reason they have pointed the toes a little too much and certainly more than Sidi. If you have a narrower front foot these will work well. The enclosures are awesome and feel is really good securing onto your foot. The styling is just amazing. My other concern is lots of venting on the bottom and sides, so your feet would get wet with any water on the road from spray. On dry hot days they would be great.
